Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Parsons by IHG

The customer service here is great. Sam was working the desk when we arrived. He was very accommodating to our need for a handicap room. He was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay He always remembered our name.

Mr. V. Ghandhi was very cordial when we arrived for our three day stay. We were visiting for a family reunion and our relatives were due to arrive. He managed to honor our request for our room to be near their two rooms. He also helped obtain a requested crib from storage for our family who checked in late in the evening. The free breakfast was satisfying. The hotel is modern, new, clean and we enjoyed our stay there. The lady who worked the desk at night was also very nice.

The breakfast, room, bed was so very nice! Staff was great, especially Alexandra. I struggled to print copies of our boarding passes for the next day. She spent quite a bit of time & patience with me helping to successfully outsmart the airline software. She was so kind respectful even though this older lady struggled with technology. She went above and beyond to help solve my problem.Our family enjoyed the ice cream in your snack area-consider adding chobani yogurt! Our family occupied 8 rooms @your hotel for my mother in law's memorial services.Thank you for making it a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay here again.

The facility was very clean and accommodations were comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. The beds were comfortable and offered 2 different types of pillows, unlike some hotels where the pillows are either too soft or too flat. The breakfast was warm and offered several choices.
